Get set up, connect your health data, create your first goal, and see how Coach can help you along the way.

Start with these 6 things

You don’t need to learn everything at once. Do these first, then explore the rest whenever you need it.

1 · Set up your profileChoose your basics, preferences, and units.
2 · Connect your health dataConnect your health data so Fytvio can use the fitness and wellness data you choose to share.
3 · See what’s on TodaySee today’s plan, readiness, and the numbers that matter right now.
4 · Create your first goalTell Fytvio what you’re working toward and when you want to get there.
5 · Ask Coach anything about your fitnessAsk about your training, recovery, nutrition, goals, or your own data.
6 · Keep your data up to dateLog workouts, food, water, and other details you care about. More consistent data makes your trends more useful.
Good to know: Fytvio is a consumer fitness and wellness service, not medical care. Readiness, Coach responses, plans, nutrition estimates, and other outputs are informational and depend on the data available.

Let Fytvio use the health and fitness data you choose to share.

  1. Open the health-data connection option in Fytvio.
  2. On iPhone, authorize the Apple Health data types you want to share.
  3. On Android, authorize the Google Health Connect data types you want to share.
  4. Return to Fytvio and allow the first sync to complete.
You stay in control of the data categories you authorize, and manual logging remains available.
04

Make sure your data is showing up

Check that your recent health and fitness data made it into Fytvio.

  1. Open Today and My Data.
  2. Look for recent workouts, steps, sleep, or other authorized data.
  3. Check the displayed sync status when available.
  4. If a metric is missing, remember that not every source records every metric every day.
05

See what you should do today

Today brings your plan, readiness, and recent progress together in one place.

  1. If you have a plan, review its current task. If not, you can build a goal plan or start with the quick logging actions.
  2. Check readiness and supporting signals when enough recent data is available.
  3. Open task details before starting a planned session.
  4. Review your Coach brief, recent numbers, and progress context.
06

Check how ready you are

Use readiness as a quick guide for how hard you may want to push today.

  1. Look at the score together with its supporting context.
  2. Use the guidance to help decide whether today is a day to push, stay steady, or take it easier.
  3. If Fytvio says data is limited, treat the score with less confidence.
  4. It’s a guide, not a command—how you actually feel still matters.
Plans & training

Goals, plans & workouts

Set a goal, follow your plan, and keep it realistic as life changes.

07

Choose how you want to build a goal

Use AI assistance, build your own schedule, or keep something simpler.

  1. Open the goal area and choose Build a goal plan.
  2. Choose the option that fits: a custom AI-assisted goal, a habit, a prepared goal when available, or Build your own plan.
  3. For a training plan, review the schedule and targets before you start.
  4. For a habit, choose whether you want to build a routine or track time since an event.
08

See what’s in your plan

Check your upcoming workouts, recovery days, and how the plan builds over time.

  1. Open the goal and expand its plan.
  2. Review the scheduled tasks, progression, and recovery days.
  3. Check that the plan fits your real calendar and other active goals.
  4. Change or skip anything that doesn’t fit your schedule or how you’re feeling.
09

Working on more than one plan?

Keep one primary focus and use additional plans for other objectives.

  1. Review which plan is marked Primary.
  2. Use Additional for another plan that should not replace your main focus.
  3. Check Today for overlapping tasks across active plans.
  4. If plans conflict, use plan adjustment or Coach to help simplify what is ahead.
10

Build your own training plan

Create the sessions and schedule yourself without asking AI to generate the plan.

  1. Choose Build your own plan from the goal builder.
  2. Name the plan, choose its start and duration, and decide whether it is Primary or Additional when that choice is relevant.
  3. Create each session, activity, repeat pattern, and exercise prescription you want.
  4. Review the generated schedule and save the plan.
11

Track a routine or time since

Use Habits when you want lightweight tracking instead of a full training plan.

  1. Choose Habit from the goal builder.
  2. Use Build a routine for recurring actions.
  3. Use Track time since for something you want to measure from the last logged event.
  4. Pause, finish, or update tracking from the Habits screen when your routine changes.
12

Start today’s workout

Open your planned session, do the workout, and save it when you’re done.

  1. Open the task from Today.
  2. Review the task details and start the session when appropriate.
  3. Use the session controls while you train.
  4. When finished, mark the session done and save it.
13

Add a workout yourself

Did a workout not sync? You can add it yourself.

  1. Open My Data → Training.
  2. Choose the workout/log action.
  3. Add the workout type and the details you know.
  4. Review the entry and save it.
14

Change your plan

Plans don’t have to be rigid. Update what’s ahead when your schedule or needs change.

  1. Open the goal you want to change.
  2. Choose the plan adjustment option.
  3. Select or describe what changed—schedule, difficulty, recovery, target date, or another supported reason.
  4. Review the proposed adjustment before accepting it.
Coach

Your Coach

Ask Coach about your goals, workouts, recovery, nutrition, or the patterns in your own data.

15

Ask Coach anything about your fitness

Ask naturally—just like you’d ask a coach who already knows your recent Fytvio data.

  1. Open Coach.
  2. Ask the question in your own words.
  3. Be specific when dates or goals matter—for example, “Compare my running this week with last week.”
  4. Use the answer as guidance and ask a follow-up if you want Coach to dig deeper.
16

Ask Coach what your numbers mean

Ask what changed, what looks different, or what you should pay attention to.

  1. Name the metric or period you care about.
  2. For comparisons, include the periods you want compared.
  3. For broad reviews, name the domains—training, sleep, HRV, nutrition, water, and so on.
  4. If there isn’t enough data to say something confidently, Coach should tell you.
Example: “Compare June, July, and August training and recovery. What changed most?”
17

Too much planned this week?

If several goals are piling up, ask Coach to help you decide what to prioritize.

  1. Ask for the specific period you want reviewed.
  2. Tell Coach which goal is your priority if it is not obvious.
  3. Review which existing sessions Coach recommends keeping, combining, moving, or deprioritizing.
  4. A Coach suggestion does not change your plan unless Fytvio asks you to confirm the change.
18

Check your Coach usage

See the usage available with your current plan.

  1. Open Coach or Profile.
  2. Open the usage or plan details shown in the app.
  3. Review your current usage and available options.
My Data

Track the things that matter to you, whether they sync automatically or you add them yourself.

19

  1. Open My Data → Nutrition.
  2. Choose Add a meal.
  3. Enter what you ate; add brand or restaurant detail when useful.
  4. Review the returned calories and nutrients, edit anything needed, then save.
Published nutrition can be used for recognized branded items; other entries may be clearly labeled estimates.
20

Log your water

Keep a simple record of how much water you drink.

  1. Open the Nutrition area.
  2. Use the water logging control.
  3. Add the amount you drank in your selected units.

  3. Use favorites/quick actions when available for regular items.
  4. Use the end/stop option when you no longer want to track it going forward.
23

Add a health reading yourself

Add a reading manually when it isn’t coming from your connected health data.

  1. Open My Data and the Vitals area.
  2. Choose the relevant log action.
  3. Enter the measurement and review the units carefully.
  4. Save the entry.
